How to use a Bath and Body Oil

Bath and body oils offer many uses and benefits. Adding oil to your bath may at first seem counterintuitive but in many cultures this practice has been around for years.

1. Turn your bath into a rejuvenating spa experience

Once added to hot bath water the aroma of the essential oils relax your senses. Lavender promotes relaxation, calmness and wellness.
Roman Chamomiie essential oil is known for its  soothing qualities and calming effect on the stressed mind and tense body.

2. Oil and water does mix!

When oil is combined with water, it has the ability to penetrate deep into skin tissue and provide rejuvenation and nourishment. Once your bath is run, swish the water to disperse the oils. The water will be soft and beautifully aromatic.

3. Lock in moisture post-bathing

Post bathing, massage a little oil over still damp skin and allow it to absorb into skin for 2-3mins. This helps to lock moisture into your skin for hours and helps maintain a radiant glow throughout the day.
