Autumn to us is a season of calmness and relaxation; a wonderful time to embrace a  new season and a fresh start. It is also the perfect time to revamp your self-care routine as the weather gets cooler. We have shared are some of our favourite things to do during the season below!
 
 
- Reflect - 
 
Autumn is the best time to take a step back from the bustle to have a ‘me moment’ and reflect on the year so far.
 
What has changed about you? What do you need to improve on? What adventures would you like to go on next? List your dreams and open your mind to possibilities.
 
Journaling is such a great way to organise your thoughts and make self-reflection more productive. You can record your goals and creative ideas and refer to them whenever you need inspiration. It’s even a more beautiful experience when you are being environmentally conscious with your journaling process. - Less stuff, less stress - 
 
Decluttering has so many benefits. It alleviates anxiety, helps you sleep better and clears your mind. So, let go of the things that no longer serve you or bring spark to your life. Buy what you need and even better, buy second hand, sell off unwanted things or donate to a charity of your choice!
 
 
- Skin Care -
 
Turn your bath into a rejuvenating spa experience.
 
We recommend using our Soothe botanical bath and body oil. Once added to hot bath water the aroma of the essential oils relax your senses.

Time to bring out those knitted jumpers, wrap yourself up in a big  cosy blankets and have a cup of tea. Light some candles, read a book or binge on your favourite Netflix series and just get comfortable.
