Shipping and Returns

 

LOCAL PICK UP

Local pick up is available from our workshop , Monday - Friday between the hours of 2pm and 4pm

UK DELIVERIES

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched 

All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked and once shipped, can usually be expected within 2-3 business days.​

FREE standard UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £50. Please note that your basket contents must amount to £50 in value once a discount code has been applied to qualify for free UK delivery. 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your order urgently please get in touch once your order has been placed and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Please note that due to the Pandemic orders may be slightly delayed by Royal Mail. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will be sent with Royal Mail  or via courier, depending on the service chosen and the size of the order. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world withing 10 - 20 working days.

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. 

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all orders, regardless of value. Exclusions may apply to some promotions.


REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your products when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on hello@ourlovelygoods.com for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damaged may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.
